The work H.O.M.E. shows three photographed installations, whose objects built in original size. Walls, floors and furniture has been covered with camouflage material. Some objects had been painted in a color corresponding to the camouflage. From the perspective of visibility, camouflage as design and behavioral pattern is the expression of coding territories and subjectivities. The artist utilizes camouflage and the »military look« and their input into mass- and consumer culture. By camouflaging, she creates a symbolic compensation to the optic of the pattern by creating a private environment out of it.
